Abstract
This collaboration agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between: The UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBl(hereafte r referred to as UoN), is a body corporate established following the Universities Act 2012, laws of Kenya, the University of Nairobi Charter 2013 and with offices at the University of Nairobi Towers, P.O. Box, 30197-00100, Nairobi; with a vision for commitment to scholarly excellence in Kenya; and The WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME, an autonomous joint subsidiary Programme of the United Nations and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, with headquarters in Rome, Italy, and with its country office located at UN Gigiri Compound, Nairobi, Kenya ("WFP"), each a "Party" and, collectively, the "Parties". This Agreement includes all the Annexes attached hereto, which form an integral part of the Agreement.
